Nancy S. Cusack, is a partner in the Santa Fe office of Hinkle Shanor LLP. She received both her Bachelor of Science Degree (1974) and Juris Doctorate (1976) from Southern Methodist University, and is licensed to practice in both New Mexico and Missouri.

David Lawrenz is a partner in the Santa Fe office of Hinkle Shanor LLP.
He received his Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College magna cum laude, in 1983.

Mr. Gilbert is a partner in the Santa Fe office. He and his wife, Elicia Montoya, have been married for nineteen years, and are parents to two wonderful children.

Barry Paisner is a partner in the Santa Fe office of Hinkle Shanor LLP. A graduate of New York University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1977, he received his J.D. degree in 1984 from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College.

Mr. Hnasko represents a variety of clients in all aspects of environmental law, including property owners, public interest groups, financial institutions, oil and gas producers, private citizens, claimants and defendants in complex toxic tort cases, and petroleum product distributors.
